UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery takes 2–5 working days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your order size and delivery method

Order Processing

Orders placed before dispatch cut-off times are usually processed the same or next working day
During busy periods (such as Christmas or sales), delivery times may be slightly longer

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available

Returns Policy

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Please allow up to 5–7 working days after approval for the refund to appear

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may be non-returnable unless faulty

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly
