If you find the same item cheaper at a major UK retailer within 7 days of purchasing from us, we’ll do our best to refund the difference.
How It Works

We regularly review our prices to ensure we offer great value both in store and online.
2. Found it cheaper?
If you find the identical product at a lower price from a qualifying UK retailer within 7 days of your purchase, simply contact us with proof of the lower price.
3. We’ll review your request
Once verified, we’ll arrange a refund or store credit for the difference where eligible.

We may price match selected products sold directly by major UK retailers and established UK online stores.

- Amazon UK (sold directly by Amazon only, not marketplace sellers)
Exclusions
We do not price match:
- Third-party marketplace sellers
- eBay, Temu, AliExpress, Facebook Marketplace
- Clearance or liquidation sales
- Discount codes or loyalty/member pricing
- Flash sales or limited-time promotions
- Pricing errors
- Wholesale suppliers
How To Qualify
To qualify for our Price Match Promise:
- The item must be identical, including brand, size, colour, quantity, and specification
- The competitor product must be in stock and available for purchase
- The lower price must be from a major UK retailer or established UK online store
- The request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Proof of the lower price may be required, such as a screenshot, website link, or advertisement
